Northern Water accepts public comment on various agenda items. Comments may be delivered in person during the public meeting or submitted electronically through the eComment platform.

In Person Comments

• In person comments can be made during the Board of Directors meetings. Individuals should sign up in person to speak in the Board room. Each comment will be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes in duration. Should the Board receive a significant number of oral comment requests related to one or more agenda items it may, at its own discretion, further limit the total time allotted for oral comment.

Submit Electronic Comments

• Meetings that allow for electronic written comments will show the eComment feature next to the agenda.
• Clicking on the eComment link will direct the user to a registration page, where there will be links for submitting comments on specific agenda items. A valid email address is required. 
• Written comments are accepted up to 1 hour before the start of the public meeting.
• Written comments will be provided to the Board of Directors and included in the public record for the meeting.
• Printed copies of public comments received on a particular matter may be provided upon request.
